Impartiality Policy
• DAV Certification is fully aware of the importance of management of impartiality while carrying out third party certification activities.
• DAV Certification has well documented systems, policies and procedures to manage impartiality and to ensure that the certification activities are undertaken impartially. The top management is committed for impartiality in certification activities.
• We analyze, document and eliminate the potential conflict of interests arising from our third party certification activities which are structured and managed so as to safeguard impartiality.
• We do have a dedicated committee to safeguard impartiality & every auditor is bound by impartiality contracts.
Certification Policy
The DAV’s aims to promote encourage awareness, environmental responsibility and continuously improve certification management issues within industry, Technical, commerce, e-commerce and the public domain. We understand the impartiality in carrying out our management system, Hygiene, Products, Vegetarian & Vegan certification activities, manage conflict of interest and ensure the objectivity of our management system certification activities.

• Offering an international certification service in accordance with ISO/IEC 17021 that is fair impartial and objective to all who wish to avail themselves of our service.
• Providing our customers with a professional service that is perceived to add value to their business and satisfy their expectations.

• Brief and train our staff to deliver Audits that satisfy our customers, supervisory body and the standard.

• Records of certified clients and previously certified clients shall be retained for the duration of the current cycle plus one full certification cycle.

DAV Certification shall provide competitive certification and audit services by giving continuous confidence to all interested parties that the management system certified fulfils specified requirements as well as impartial and competent assessment.
Objective
To train and utilize highly capable staff to provide valuable services to audit its clients to achieve international recognition and acceptance through the standards of quality management system.
• To implement and maintain the established documents for the satisfaction of clients towards the services provided by DAV Certification by ensuring no major nonconformity is observed by the accreditation boards.
• To provide timely services through completion of process of decision on Certification at DAV Certification within 60 days from the receipt of application. • To ensure accreditation activities are conducted as per the requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1:2015

• Observe the defined assignments and arrangements as well as complete the competent certification and audit services within the delivery time
• Prevent complaints from clients by assuring the process quality and continual improvement;
• Make the client’s complaints/appeals an opportunity to improve its services
• Bring up competent people with good personalities and capability by providing education and training
• Establish a computer aided audit documentation system for easy compiling and dispensing of the technical information
• DAV personnel are together with its staff will be free from all commercial, financial and other pressure which might influence the certification services.
